FastClip (“we,” ”our,” or ”us”) respects the privacy of its users (“you”). This Privacy Policy applies to the FastClip mobile application and related services, and is designed to transparently explain how we collect, use, and protect your information.

FastClip uses the information we collect about you for the following purposes:

• Account verification and secure login

• Provision of core features (e.g., video remixing, AI-generated captions)

• Service optimization (via anonymized data analysis)

2. Social Media

You may choose to link your TikTok account to your FastClip account. Once linked, we may collect public information from your TikTok profile (such as your username and profile picture). You can unlink the accounts at any time in your settings.

Note: Clicking TikTok plugins (e.g., the ”Share to TikTok” button) will directly connect to TikTok’s servers. We do not collect any data generated from this action.

3. Data Use and Disclosure

(1) Registration

We collect Personally-Identifying Information when you:

• Register for our service

• Log in with social network credentials

• Communicate with us

• Create a public profile

(2) Communications

We may use your contact information to:

• Send service-related announcements

Purpose of Use：To provide data statistics and analysis services. For advertising purposes, this SDK collects user ad interactions, certain device information, and specific in-app conversion events. This data is used for ad-related activities, including but not limited to, ad monitoring, attribution, and campaign optimization.

Information Collected：Device model, operating system, network information, IP address, and personal information (such as name, phone number, email address, company name, company location, and information used for identity verification). Additionally, Cookies and other tracking technologies may be used to collect time zone information, local settings, and server logs (which may include data such as access dates and times).
